The Beautiful Double Room with River View offered lovely vistas, especially at sunrise when the river glimmers. The monkey bar provided a breezy spot to relax with reasonably priced drinks while taking in the scenery.
Dining options felt inconsistent. The buffet was on the pricier side for average quality, and sometimes lacked variety. Other restaurants offered limited hours. The trails advertised for exploring were closed, a disappointment, limiting outdoor activities .

The air tram and lake tour were highlights, offering up close encounters with monkeys. Make sure to clarify meal options early. Some were confusing. A good escape!

it was a stunning and magnificent location for us, close enough to a beautiful rainforest and lake with early morning howler monkeys and birds like out of an african safari, and the mountains above coronado. we stayed for holiday and will be back.

Fine rainforest views and great activities!
Waking up to amazing views of the river and the sounds of the rainforest was the highlight of my stay. The sloth sanctuary tour and exploring the nearby trails were lovely experiences. The staff were accommodating, and the breakfast had a lovely selection of fresh fruits. The dining options could be improved, as the buffet food was rather basic.
